The 2003 Château Ausone is an absolute stunning wine. Seductive aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, tar, tobacco, floral and hints of cedar burst from the glass. It really impresses for its balance, focus and finely tuned structure. The finish is full of finesse and grips tightly leaving a streak of gorgeous dark fruit and spices.
