CHÂTEAU HAUT BOUTISSE Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 'Reserve' 2011

As the 2011 Château Haut Boutisse 'Reserve' begins to unwind in the glass it releases notes of dark fruits, cherries, spices, tobacco and stony minerals. This possesses a medium to full body with a round, velvety texture which carries on through the finish. This is already quite accessible, but allow it some additional time in bottle for it to show its best. 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. (Best 2016-2021) - May, 2015 (JD)
