The Pavillon de Léoville Poyferré’ comes from parcels of younger vines at Caâteau Léoville Poyferré’. This is a a fantastic showing in 2011, opening up with expressive aromas of blackberries and dark cherries followed by spices, graphite, pain grille, violets and hints of earth. This brings a gorgeous plush texture with a finish is long and polished with even more dark fruits and spices lingering. (Best 2015-2021) - June, 2014 - (JD)
