The 2015 Château Segur de Cabanac is a sensational showing in this vintage. Dark cherries, black currants, violets, smoldering tobacco and subtle hints of sweet spices all taking shape. On the palate this is medium-plus bodied and impeccably structured, with wonderful overall balance and concentration as it leads up to the long, beautifully polished finish. Château Segur de Cabanac has been turning some fantastic wines behind the ownership of the Delon family and talented consultant Eric Boissenot.
