2013 Top 100 - Rank # 92
The 2010 Château de Pibarnon is bright and racy with notes of fresh raspberry and cherries followed by white pepper, exotic spices, mineral, licorice, tobacco and fresh earth. Fine, silky, yet tightly wound with a core of red fruits. The finish is long and sleek with berries, licorice and dusty minerals making an encore. This youngster needs some serious time in bottle but there potential to look forward to here. (Best 2017-2026) - December, 2013 (JD)
