The 2016 Château du Moulin begins with inviting aromas of raspberries and blueberries woven together with violets, pipe tobacco and hints of sweet oak all developing in the glass. This medium-bodied red is well structured with a velvety texture leading up to the pretty finish. Overall a fine effort which should drink nicely over the next few years.
