This instantly impresses with its beautiful aromatics of ripe plum and dark cherries which are woven together with spices, lavender and and a touch of melted licorice all taking shape. On the palate this is beautifully textured, showing remarkable balance and texture through the finish. The beautifully polished tannins make this impossible to resist at this early stage, however it should also evolve beautifully over the next five years in the cellar.
