The 2019 Les Fourneaux Chablis begins with inviting aromatics of lemon oil, pear, white florals and saline minerality that all resonate through the wine. The palate is beautifully textured and balanced, with lovely acidity, freshness along with a saline edge that expands through the finish. This is showing excellent today, but should also take on some additional characteristics over the next few years.
