These traditional wines from Dauvissat are focused around the terroir of the hillside vineyards and limestone soils. The wine itself delivers beautiful aromas of fresh citrus zest, lime, blossoms, smoky minerals and a lovely saline character. It shows a gorgeous texture with wonderful balance and precision all the way through the bright, mouthwatering finish. While this may be accessible early it also shows wonderful potential to age.
