The 2019 Sancerre Pinot Noir opens to perfumed aromas of fresh floral alongside pomegranate, strawberries, citrus zest, spices and hints of florals. The palate is delicate and silky with flavors of red berries and and spices which are backed by a nice combination of acidity and minerality. While approachable now, this Pinot Noir should also drink beautifully for at least another handful of years.
