The 2012 Condrieu ‘Les Ceps du Nébadon’ brings aromas of lemon zest, lychee, flinty minerals and hints of vanilla, which leap from the glass. This has a sense of elegance, yet also offers a rich, creamy texture where notes of white floral and vanilla are layered over stony minerals. The finish is long with bitter almond and spice notes lingering. Should drink well over the course of the next few years. (Best 2014-2020) - January, 2014 (JD)
