DARD & RIBO Crozes-Hermitage ‘C'est le Printemps’ 2012

The "C'est le Printemps" is released in the spring, post harvest. The color is inky black. and the nose delivers a blast of dark fruits, cherry cola, tobacco, leather and floral notes. This is a roller coaster of a wine, there is a zippy acidic start followed by a fruit explosion on the middle palate and a surprisingly dry finish. Enjoy it now or wait a few years.
