DOMAINE MONT-ST-GILBERT Bourgogne 2012

The 2012 Domaine Mont-St-Gilbert Bourgogne is a declassified Saint-Veran. It offers lovely aromas of sliced apples, white peach, vanilla blossom, lemon zest and chalky minerality lead to a wonderful rich texture. This wine possess volume and a balance all the way through the lemon infused finish. Overall, a great Bourgogne that should continue to drink well over the course of the next 5-7 years.
