The 2017 Chateau les Bouysses Cahors Malbec opens to inviting aromas of cherries which are woven together with white pepper, licorice and hints of cedar. On the palate this is medium-bodied with lovely overall balance and a silky finish. This is drinking nicely now and there is no reason to hold it for much longer.
