The 2020 Chateau du Coing de Saint-Fiacre Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine 'Comte de Saint Hubert' is absolutely stunning. This instantly opens to zesty aromas of quince, white peach, lime candy, honeydew, wet stones and honeysuckle nuances. On the palate this is beautifully balanced, offering a wonderful mouthfeel that is textured and complex. It is framed by lovely acidity that beautifully accentuates the fruit and provides excellent freshness and verve through the finish. This is a fantastic wine to approcah now, or with another year or two of bottle age.
