This Chinon offers aromas raspberries and red berries that are accented by tobacco, dried herbs and hints of dried lavender all coming together. The palate is medium-bodied and accented by flavors of red berries and dried tobacco character that leads up to the finish. This is accessible now, but should also develop with another year or so in bottle.
