The 2017 'Les Silex' Sauvignon from Domaine Beausejour opens to vibrant aromatics of gooseberry, lychee, orange zest, citrus blossoms and minerals all coming together. On the palate this is precise and beautifully textured, with a lovely core of acidity keeping it fresh and bright through the crisp finish. A lovely Sauvignon.
