An interesting wine from the Saint-Mont, composed of 65% Gros Manseng, 30% Petit Courbu and 5% Arrufaic. It delivers aromas of peaches, lychee and lemons along with a touch of minerals. On the palate this is nicely textured and backed by a blast of racy acidity that carries it into the finish. A delicious wine and certainly interesting to taste these varietals.
