The 2011 Domaine de Saint Paul offers wonderful aromas of ripe cherries and baked plums followed by forest floor, spices and a peppered beef character. It shows nice ripeness of fruit on the richly textured body, which gets support from the velvety tannins. Structured and balanced with a long spicy finish. Composed of 55% Grenache and 45% Syrah.
