The 2014 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from La Bastide Saint Dominique is a blend of equal parts Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Clairette. It is classic and strait forward with aromas of spring flowers, honey suckle, lime zest, and white peach. The palate has a lively freshness with good minerality, pear and orchard fruit.
