The 2015 'Gloire de Mon Grand-Pere' is a brilliant wine from Bosquet des Papes. The blend of 98% Grenache, 2% Cinsault begins with inviting aromas of raspberries and kirsch cherries woven together with pastille florals, licorice and and an intense stony character. On the palate this is beautifully structured and refined, with a gorgeous silky texture and wonderful concentration. This will ultimately require more bottle age before begins to show its best, nonetheless an absolutely gorgeous wine that will have a wonderful future ahead. (Best 2021-2035) - January, 2018 (JD)
