The Domaine de Nalys 'Eicelenci' is a blend of 46% Grenache blanc, 28% Clairette and 26% Roussanne. The Roussanne comes from 3 different vineyard sites La Crau, Bois Sénéchal and Grand Pierre. It displays a light, golden color, with pretty aromas of honeysuckle, almond, Meyer lemon and spring flowers. On the palate this possesses a silky and elegant texture, with notable balance of fruit and acidity. This will benefit from another 1-2 years in bottle, and should drink beautifully over the course of the next decade.
