The 2016 Alchimie is a blend of 70% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc, 5% Roussane and 5% Bourboulenc. It opens to aromatics of tropical fruit, blood orange, crushed almonds and mineral. On the paalate this is medium bodied with a lovely texture and an elegant finish.
