The 2016 La Fagotiere Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc begins with aromas of citrus, lychee, fresh cut flowers, nectarine and papaya. On the palate this delivers flavors of fresh citrus, and stone fruits along with a nice touch of minerality and acidity leading into the finish. Showing well now and should continue to take on some additional characteristics over the next few years.
