This is absolutely striking, offering pretty aromas of lemon zest, chalky minerals and white blossoms all coming together beautifully in this elegant Blanc de Blancs. It shows wonderful balance and focus with a gorgeous fine, delicate mousse and wonderful precision all the way through the finish. Overall, a lovely showing that is drinking fantastic today.
