The Lamiable family farms six hectares in the town of Tours-sur-Marne, situated in the heart of grand cru country where the Montagne de Reims, the Côte de Blancs, and the Vallée de la Marne all converge. This 100% Chardonnay delivers aromas and flavors of baked apple, lemon zest, chalky minerals and toasted brioche. It possesses noteable tension backed by a fine textured mousse and a pretty finish laced with chalky minerals. This looks as if it will be at its best over the next few years, so for those who plan on holding on to this for an extended period might want to consider approaching it sooner than later.
