This is solid, with a core cedar, tobacco, tar, charcoal and anise backed up by just enough dark black fruits to make it all work. The tar and charcoal-tinged finish is long and chewy. Nice value. Composed of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. (Drink 2012-2017) - July, 2012 (JD)
