Philippe Gimel is doing such amazing things and his wines are showing it. The 2006 La Pierre Noire Cotes du Ventoux is absolutely stunning to say the least. Fresh and lively with ripe black fruits, floral, wet rock and mineral. This is so focused and dense, but what is amazing is that it's so fresh, light on its feet and outright delicious.
