The 2016 Ventoux Blanc from André Farjon opens to inviting aromas of mixed tropical fruits, lime zest and wet stones all taking shape in this blend of 60% grenache blanc, 35% clairette, 3% bourboulenc and 2% roussanne. On the palate this is clean and fresh, with a nice touch of acidity leading up to the mineral laced finish. Overall, an easy going white, which is approachable now. (Best 2017-2018) - May, 2017 (JD)
