The JJ Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese is flat-out delicious in 2012. It offers seductive aromas of white peach, apricot, honeysuckle, ginseng, beeswax and fresh minerals which leap from the glass. On the palate this has a gorgeous texture that shows wonderful viscosity combined with a mouthwatering finish that makes this impossible to resist. Although this amazing upon release, this will be a Wehlener Sonnenuhr that will certainly be better with age. (Best 2019-2035) - May, 2014 (JD)
