The 2007 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese Goldkapsel is a flat-out irresistible Riesling, which delivers gorgeous aromas of lime, peach, green tea, white floral, honeycomb, beeswax, ginseng, slate and hints of petroleum all begin to take shape in the glass. This is absolutely beautiful on the palate with a wonderful rich texture and just enough acidity for balance. It continues to impress all the way through the finish with a sublime combination of sweet and fresh mouthwatering flavors lingering on and on.
