The 2014 Tenute Silvio Nardi is a lovely showing which slowly unwinds to aromas of strawberries, white pepper and juniper nuances that all come together in the glass. This medium-bodied Brunello is structured with slightly rough tannins and displays nice overall balance leading up to the refined finish. While this is appealing today, it will likely show its best after some short-term cellaring.
