The 2008 ‘Ugolaia' is an absolutely stunning single vineyard Brunello from Lisini, which is made from a 1 hectare parcel of the oldest vines and only in the best vintages. This elegant wine opens with gorgeous aromas of fresh cherries and plums, followed by pretty floral, minerals, mint and a savory character that makes it impossible to resist. It is impressive for it remarkable balance and finesse as well as wonderful purity and focus all the way through the long, seamless finish.
