As the 2010 Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino begins to unwind in the glass it releases pretty aromas of red berries and plum which are mixed together with spices, earthy minerals and freshly cut floral. This full-bodied Brunello is well structured and possesses a lovely round, velvety texture that leads up to the long spice-tinged finish. Overall, this is an excellent effort, but it will need just a bit more time to flesh out. (Best 2017-2028) - March, 2015 (JD)
