This 2006 Barolo from Negretti comes from a particularly suitable zone called Mirau, where the Nebbiolo is grown with the traditional Guyot system on the hills of La Morra, considered one of the finest and representative zone for Barolo’s production. The wine offers aromas of ripe blackberries and cherries along with spicy cedar licorice and leathery notes. It is structured nicely with even more notes of cedar and spices lingering on the finish.
