The 2020 Barbaresco opens to pretty aromas of cherries and strawberries which are woven together with spices, floral and menthol notes which soar from the glass. On the palate this is beautifully structured with fine tannins along with gorgeous underlying acidity keeping it fresh and inviting. This is already quite accessible, however it should become more inviting as it softens over the next few years.
