ODDERO Barbaresco 'Gallina' 2011

Even at this early stage the 2011 ‘Gallina’ is already offering so much. This stunning Barbaresco delvers gorgeous aromas of fresh red fruits, floral, crushed stones and licorice just to name a few. It is impressive for its elegance and finesse along with the beautifully, fine polished tannins that work their way into the elegant finish. Although this quite delicious today, I would still recommend allowing it more time in bottle, and given Oddero’s track record for age worthy wines this should have no issues evolving gracefully.
