The 2012 Ben Ryé is an absolutely gorgeous 100% Zibibbo from the island of Pantelleria. This delivers aromas and flavors of dried apricots, white peaches, honeysuckle, caramel, white floral and saffron spices. It possesses wonderful viscosity but still remains nicely balanced by the underlying acidity. Although is absolutely delicious today, it should continue to evolve for years to come.
