The 2008 Tignanello from Antinori is outstanding, a beautiful mix of sweet blackberries, dark cherries, earth, herbs, mocha, tobacco and hints of freshly cut floral all work together to form the wonderful aromas and flavors. Dense and concentrated with gorgeous muscularity and a long caressing finish. Composed of 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. (Best 2014-2025) - May, 2013 (JD)
