The 2010 Do Ut Des offers lots of ripe bright fruit, raspberries, cherries and blackberries to name a few, then there's exotic spices, cured meats and incense layered on top. Lovely focus and balance with silky tannins and mouth-watering acidity leave you begging for more. Composed of 34% Merlot, 33% Sangiovese, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon which were picked by hand.
