The ‘Guidaberto’ is a lovely showing in 2013, offering gorgeous aromas of freshly crushed dark cherries and wild berries along with fresh violets, spices, mint and wet stones which are layered in the glass. This full-bodied red is well balanced and continues to impress with its gorgeous silky texture and lovely finesse. Today, the wine still shows a youthful edge, so readers may want to consider allowing some additional bottle age to further develop. (Best 2017-2027) - March, 2015 (JD)
