The bright, crisp, minerality give way to slight tropical notes, and fresh green aromas. A nose of starfruit, lightly ripe pineapple, lime, grass, a hint of yeasty bread, and a waft of salty ocean air. The palate is very fresh, with zippy acidity throughout, a pleasurably slick texture, more green apple, mineral notes across a long finish. This wine will stay fresh in the bottle for several years and may develop favorably. However, it is lovely in youth. (Best 2017-2020) - November, 2017 (JH)
