The 2016 Folium Pinot Noir begins with inviting aromas of fresh raspberries and red berries accompanied by spices and floral with hints of forest herbs and minerals taking shape as it unwinds. On the palate this is medium-bodied with soft, round tannins and attractive flavors of red fruits and spices at its core, which expand though the finish. This is showing well today and should continue to develop nicely in bottle over the next year or two.
