This Garnacha opens to aromas of ripe black raspberries and plums, followed by spices, white pepper, coffee and dark chocolate nuances which all begin to take shape as it unwinds in the glass. This possesses a lovely round, polished texture that ends with a velvety finish that lingers nicely. While this already appealing and will be approachable early on, it will likely begin to show its best stuff after a year to two of cellaring.
