The 2022 Nino Perdido begins with aromas of black raspberries and plums which come together with lavender, herbs and hints of warm licorice all bursting from the glass. On the palate this possesses a lovely medium-body, held together with muscular tannins and notable overall balance. It offers lovely bright red fruits and herb flavors through the fresh finish. While this is appealing today, it should also continue to flesh out beautifully over the next few years.
