The 2007 Finca Sandoval Manchuela is pitch dark in color. It’s loaded with fresh dark fruits, sweet currant, pencil shavings and mocha. This is round and polished with lots of depth and a big time finish. The wine was delicious and very enjoyable from start to finish. Composed of 76% Syrah, 13% Monastrell, and 11% Bobal.
