The 2010 'Loidana' is a blend of 60 % Grenacha, 25% Carignan and 15 % Cabernet Sauvignon. It has an expressive nose, displaying aromas of raspberries, black fruit, freshly ground coffee, exotic spice, with hints of tobacco, cherries and red currant. On the palate it has intense red berries, plum, and currant, followed by chewy tannins and a smooth finish. This is delicious right now and can age for another 5-7 years. A great entry in to Marco Abel's range. (Best 2015-2023) - November, 2015 (MD)
