There are aromas of starfruit, cantaloupe, and orange blossom. This leads to flavors of honeydew melon, Welches white grape juice, starfruit and hints of unripe banana. The wine has a bright minerality with a long and lingering finish. Buil & Gine have captured the art of blending here. There is a refreshing quality to this Priorat Blanco.
