The Bodega Casal de Arman white is composed of 90% Treixadura, 5% Godello and 5% Albariño, sourced from the province of Ourense, in demominación Riberio, vines for this excellent wine are set on granitic sands with a touch of of clay (sábrego) and slate. It shows wonderful poise and richness at this point as it wine opens with aromatics of crushed white flowers, unripe pear and suggestions of cantaloupe. There are lovely flavors of Marcona almond, Key lime, cut grass and fresh ginger. The weight and minerality makes the impressive wine sing. (Best 2016-2021) - August, 2016 (OB)
