The nose on the ‘Fugio’ Pinot Noir begins with beautifully dried oregano, blueberry, plums, and freshly cut hay and appears light purple in the glass with a bluish rim. This wine sees 25% new French oak while aging and 100% whole cluster during fermentation which delivers some solid structure to the wine. The nose brings beautiful aromas of blueberry, blackberry and baking spices. Fresher on the palate than on the nose, flavors of cranberry sauce, fresh blueberry and wet-stone are followed with a rose petal and saline finish. 624 cases produced.
